We interview key stakeholders, benchmark findings against industry standards, and deliver a full written report with a 90 day action roadmap your team can actually execute.

Retained Advisory
For organizations that want an independent, experienced security advisor available on an ongoing basis.
On a monthly retainer, JD Killeen & Associates acts as your outsourced security advisor, reviewing vendor contracts, advising on incidents, supporting the procurement of guard services, and providing quarterly program reviews. No agenda beyond your best interests. No product to sell. Just honest, experienced guidance whenever you need it.
This is our most valuable engagement and typically follows a Security Program Review once the relationship and trust are established.
